Introduction:

PH/ORP-600 is a cost-effective industrial online pH/ORP monitor dedicated to continuous water quality monitoring. Built for long-term stable operation under harsh industrial environments, it supports both pH and ORP measurement with high input impedance, matching most common pH/ORP composite electrodes for sewage and pure water systems.

Installation of measuring electrodes:

The measuring electrodes are compound electrodes with plastic shellsand3/4"NPT threaded joints,Please install strictly according to the following diagrams:

Points for attention:

1) The electrodes shall be installed where the flow speed is steady andairbubs seldom gather or backwater which may lead to the inaccuracy.

2) The electrodes shall be submerged deep into the flowing water.

3)The cable collecting ORPsignals which is a form of weak potential signals shall be separately wired and shall not share a protective pipe with powersupply wires and control wires,so as to avoid interference.

What calibration do the controllers support?

How to maintain and check sensors?

Store electrodes in 1mol KCL liquid; clean diaphragm regularly. Replace ORP probe if error over ±35mV; replace pH probe when calibration fails. Max 40m sensor cable length.
