Adopting fully anti-corrosion wetted components and IP55 waterproof housing, this pump supports three control modes: manual adjustment, pulse signal linkage and standard 4-20mA analog proportional control. With multiple flow & pressure specifications ranging from 1 L/h to 40 L/h, it delivers stable, accurate quantitative dosing of acids, alkalis, disinfectants and various liquid chemicals. Introduction:

Our electromagnetic diaphragm dosing pump delivers stable, accurate chemical liquid dosing for water treatment, chemical processing, wastewater, swimming pool and industrial dosing systems. Powered by electromagnetic drive with PTFE anti-corrosion diaphragm, this metering pump features IP55 waterproof housing, multiple control modes (manual, pulse, 4-20mA proportional signal) and full anti-corrosion wetted parts to handle various corrosive reagents. Compact, outdoor-usable and easy to install & maintain, it provides reliable continuous liquid transfer with adjustable flow and pressure for diverse industrial dosing demands.

All medium-contacting parts adopt corrosion-resistant materials: PTFE diaphragm, PVC/PP pump head, ceramic valve balls, FPM seals, PVC/PE/PTFE suction & discharge pipes, compatible with most acids, alkalis and chemical reagents.

  • Manual type: Simple panel, adjust stroke frequency directly for manual dosing.
  • Pulse control type: Accept external pulse signal, support 5VDC sensor power output, remote dry contact start/stop (NO/NC optional).
  • 4-20mA proportional control type: Standard analog signal, adjustable proportional coefficient, support forward & reverse proportional automatic flow regulation.

Easy Installation & Operation

Two standard installation ways: immersion mounting (ideal) & suction lift mounting. Complete accessories included: 2m suction hose, 2m discharge hose, bottom filter valve & injection valve. User-friendly control panel with clear LED indicators and one-button frequency adjustment.

Low Maintenance Cost

Simple structure with few wearing parts; only ceramic one-way valves need replacement every 4-6 months under normal working conditions, greatly reducing after-sales maintenance expense.

What’s the working principle of this electromagnetic dosing pump?

After power on, the electromagnetic coil generates magnetic force to push the plunger and deform the PTFE diaphragm. Cooperated with ceramic check valves, liquid is discharged under pressure. When power cuts off, the spring resets the diaphragm to suck liquid into pump head, realizing continuous quantitative chemical delivery.

What materials are used for liquid contact parts? Is it anti-corrosion for acid & alkali liquid?
