Introduction:

FL-8860 is a wall-mounted transit-time ultrasonic flow meter designed for non-invasive liquid flow measurement. Equipped with external clamp-on transducers, it mounts fully outside pipelines without cutting pipes, stopping production or contacting measured media, eliminating leakage and medium contamination risks.

Adopting advanced multi-pulse low voltage ultrasonic technology, it delivers superior accuracy of ±1%, repeatability up to 0.2%, and stable measurement for various homogeneous liquids. Compatible with pipe diameters from DN15 to DN6000 and multiple pipe materials including steel, stainless steel, PVC, cast iron and FRP.

This all-in-one flow controller integrates real-time instantaneous flow, cumulative totalizer, heat energy calculation, multi-channel alarm, batch dosing control and built-in 5-year data storage. Rich industrial communication & analog outputs support seamless connection with PLC, DCS and SCADA systems, widely deployed in water treatment, chemical, oil, HVAC and food processing industries.
