Introduction:

The GP-100P Flat pH Sensor is an industrial online pH combination electrode featuring a  flat-surface sensitive membrane  design, with built-in temperature compensation. Its flat measuring surface is specifically developed for pH measurement in viscous liquids, slurries, emulsions and media containing suspended solids, where conventional bulb electrodes tend to clog and fail.

It combines a low-impedance sensitive glass membrane, circular anti-pollution PTFE diaphragm and maintenance-free gel electrolyte salt bridge. The body is made of ABS (standard) or PTFE (optional), available for different media compatibility. It supports multiple temperature compensation modes (**PT1000, PT100, NTC 10K RTD**), compatible with most pH transmitters and controllers.

Key Features:

- Flat-surface design— ideal for viscous liquids, slurries and media with suspended solids; less prone to clogging than bulb-type electrodes
- Maintenance-free — gel electrolyte salt bridge requires no refilling
- Anti-poisoning— gel electrolyte salt bridge prevents electrode poisoning
- Anti-pollution — circular PTFE diaphragm resists blocking for long-term reliable operation
- Fast response & thermal stability — low-impedance sensitive glass membrane
- Built-in temperature compensation — PT1000, PT100, NTC 10K RTD
- Flexible body options— ABS (standard) or PTFE (optional) for different media
