Introduction:

RO-8200 is an all-in-one intelligent control system independently developed by Hebei JIRS, specially designed for two-stage reverse osmosis water treatment equipment. It integrates 4-wire resistive touch screen, PLC logic control and EC301 conductivity data acquisition transmitter, realizing full-process automatic operation, real-time triple water quality monitoring, fault alarm and remote Modbus communication for double-stage RO pure water, ultra-pure water and seawater desalination systems, supporting unattended running.

This controller adopts high-speed American MCU processing chip with full digital anti-interference design. Standard 7-inch touch screen (10-inch optional, 800*480 resolution) delivers dynamic real-time flow chart display, intuitively showing the operating status of pumps, valves and water tanks. Two versions are available: single-stage RO and double-stage RO. RO-8200 supports both with intermediate tank and without intermediate tank two-stage RO processes.

Core Competitive Advantages:

Complete Pre-programmed Double-Stage RO Automatic Logic:

All standard RO operation sequences are preloaded in the system, no secondary programming required:
Startup flushing, timed circulation flushing, water-full auto flush, high/low pressure interlock, multi-tank liquid level linkage, dosing pump control, pretreatment interlock and audible/visual alarm relay output. Users can freely adjust all time delay parameters on screen and switch Auto/Manual mode with one tap.

Industrial DIN Rail Hardware, Strong Anti-Interference:

Power input: AC220V main power; isolated DC24V output for HMI & EC transmitter

Relay output: 10 groups of 3A/220V relay ports for all pumps and valves

DIN rail mounting for controller and EC301 transmitter, easy cabinet installation

Isolated circuit design to resist EMI from frequency converters and power cables Note: External intermediate relay must be used for high-power pumps or large solenoid valves.

RS485 Modbus RTU Remote Communication:

Standard PORT1 RS485 communication interface connects to EC transmitter and upper computer/PLC/IoT gateway. Clients can remotely read all conductivity data, pump running status, valve signals and fault codes, realizing equipment centralized networking, cloud monitoring and data recording for factory automation.

Multilingual Visual Operation & Permission Lock:

Built-in 3 system languages: English, Chinese, Persian. Dynamic flow chart marks running devices with green/red status indicators. User login password lock prevents accidental misoperation; independent dedicated pages for conductivity calibration, flushing parameter setup, system delay adjustment, password reset and fault history inquiry. Default login password: 111111.

FAQS

What is the difference between RO-8200 and single-stage RO controller? Can they be replaced mutually?

Down Down

RO-8200 is dedicated to double-stage RO systems, supporting intermediate tank, 2nd high pressure pump, secondary flush valve and 3-channel EC detection. Single-stage RO controller only supports 1-stage water path without secondary pump and EC channel. Their I/O ports and internal programs are different, so they cannot be interchanged.

What languages does the touch screen support? Can we customize the brand LOGO?

Down Down

Standard built-in languages: Chinese, English, Persian. OEM customization of startup screen and interface brand LOGO is available for bulk orders.

What is the warranty period of the complete set? How about the conductivity sensors?

Down Down

Main controller, touch screen and EC transmitter enjoy 12-month warranty. Conductivity electrodes are consumable parts with 6-month warranty; spare electrodes can be purchased separately after warranty expiration.
